Ahaha welcome to my little corner of the internet, where I lay bare my heart and soul and overshare about life <3<\/p>\n

I’m Aashi, a 20-year-old psychology student on the cusp of graduating\u2014yet still wondering what the purpose of me studying psychology actually<\/em> is?!?!?<\/p>\n

I\u2019m writing this on May 19, 2022. \u201cLife, Books and Stethoscopes\u201d<\/em> isn\u2019t just the name of this blog\u2014it\u2019s the whole vibe. Somewhere, 11-year-old Aashi is screaming because I finally started documenting my life. Not saying my life is wildly interesting or anything… but hey, I\u2019m trying!!<\/p>\n

Okay, not to start off on a sad note, but… I miss home. I miss the warmth of Delhi\u2019s sun\u2014or more like the burning heat<\/em>\ud83e\udd75 but home is home. Always.<\/p>\n

A lil about me? I love cooking\u2014only<\/em> when you don\u2019t ask me to. The second it turns into a task? Nope. I\u2019m out. As long as it\u2019s something that comes from within<\/em> me, something I\u2019m passionate about, I\u2019ll give it my all.<\/p>\n

Speaking of passion projects… I tried to be a plant mom recently. Bunty & Babli were my babies. Unfortunately, they both passed away within weeks. RIP, sweethearts \ud83d\udc94 In my defense, this is also my first time living alone, so like… cut me some slack?<\/p>\n

Biking at Lakeshore has to be my #1 serotonin source, no matter the weather. Just picture it: wind in your face, sun on your back, water shimmering beside you… ugh I wanna go right now.<\/p>\n

Now onto books: not gonna lie, I love<\/em> me a good spicy fiction. The hotter the plot, the better\u2014just like my curries \ud83d\ude09 My obsession started with It Ends With Us<\/em> (yes, I know it\u2019s controversial but I like Hoover!! don\u2019t @ me).<\/p>\n

Also\u2014big life detail\u2014I wanna be a doctor. Still figuring out what kind. Just the kind that helps people. That\u2019s all I know. (This isn\u2019t the whole<\/em> life plan though, more on that later…)<\/p>\n

Oh and concerts? I live for them. Not that I\u2019ve been to a million, but every time I get the chance, I\u2019m there. There’s just something magical about a crowd of strangers all screaming the same lyrics because they love the same person. That energy??? Unmatched.<\/p>\n

Aaanyways… if you can\u2019t already tell, I\u2019m really excited about this blog. Lowkey hoping not too<\/em> many people find it\u2014I\u2019m already scared about my digital footprint lmao. But oh well. You only live once.<\/p>\n

P.S. I\u2019m listening to Scott Street<\/em> by Phoebe Bridgers as I write this. It\u2019s 3:33. Of course it is.<\/p>\n
